REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH SUSPENDS PASTOR, CANCELS THREE-DAY OUTDOOR CRUSADE OVER PASUMA’S INVITATION

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) through its provincial headquarters on Lagos Island has cancelled a three-day outdoor crusade of one its parishes.
The cancellation came after the criticism that followed the invitation of the Fuji musician Wasiu Alabi Pasuma as a guest artist for the crusade.
Pasuma’s picture appeared on the handbill advert alongside the gospel singer Tope Alabi and a former band leader of the late Fela Anikulapo’s Egypt 80 band, Kereke Jike.
Royal Art Concept gathered that the decision to stop the programme was because the church headquarters felt the idea to bring Pasuma and his fans to the church was not well conceived. A source who spoke on condition of anonymity said the organisers did not do a detailed consultation before going ahead with the programme.
He also said that as a result the programme has been cancelled and the pastor in charge of the church along with the organising committee has also been suspended as they now await sanction for dragging the name of the church into the mud.
The crusade organised by Province 20 and tagged ‘Lagos Island Family areas forum’ was expected to feature Pastor Keji Hamilton and billed for Friday, October 23 to Sunday, October 25.
According to our source it was a fan of the Fuji lord who worked at the press where the posters and fliers were being printed who leaked the artwork of the posters and fliers of the event.
A few months ago a church was criticized for inviting a secular singer, Mavin Records’ Korede Bello, to perform his hit single ‘Godwin’ during the Sunday service.

Buhari’s Anti-Corruption Crusade

It’s an open secret, home and abroad, that corruption is synonymous with Nigeria. As disheartening as that may seem, it’s the bitter truth. This phenomenon which has eaten deeply into the Nigerian system. So, when Nigeria’s newly elected president, Muhammadu Buhari, declared his intention to fight corruption to a standstill, by embarking on an anti-corruption crusade, the shouts of doubts from pessimistic Nigerians, who have given up on the system, outweighed the praises from the hopefuls, who in the spirit of patriotism, haven’t given up on having the Nigeria of their dream.
A trip down memory lane, Buhari tried to curbed the menace of corruption as a Military President from 1983-1985. His performance in that area, gave him high ratings among political analysts and observers. But times have changed. Old methods which were effective in that era may not be as effective in tackling the same problems anymore. Present day technologies, which were absent back in the day, are now used as tools to facilitate corrupt practices, making it somewhat difficult to detect. Also, in a democratic government, old heavy handed methods are now obsolete and unacceptable. Alleged corrupt officials are entitled to their fundamental human rights which involves the not so effective judiciary.
Another potential problem with Buhari’s agenda is how he will manage the complex cases he will have to be involved with indirectly. How will he deal with the alleged corrupt elements within his own party without facing an internal backlash? Prosecuting officials and members of the opposition alone however will look like a witch hunt.
While the dogged anti-corruption approach of probations and trials of suspected corrupt officials and eventual persecution of the guilty ones may tame corruption and bring some level of decorum to the system, it will only last for a while, without long term benefits. To effectively combat corruption, there’s the need for the Nigerian government to formulate and implement strong anti-corruption policies that will thwart plans of corrupt practices. That way, there’ll be little or no chances of carrying out corrupt practices, as the searchlight of the law will beam brightly on government parastatals, exposing even the smallest perceived acts of corruption.
Given that policies are not terminated with political tenures, they’ll outlive government officials, thus, checking the activities and records of both current and future officials. According to the popular Nigerian saying “Soldier goes, Soldier comes, barrack remains.” With these policies, the seats of government will be guarded, leaving no room for illegitimate and unconstitutional activities, regardless of who is in office.
It’s imperative to note that there have always been anti-corruption policies in Nigeria, but embedded in them, are some loopholes that are easy to maneuver by the “intelligent” corrupt officials. And this is even made easier for them by the lackadaisical approach of the authorities in enforcing these laws.
Corrupt government officials will always device means to loot funds. To apprehend them, the authorities need to come up with new strategies to outsmart them. The formation of special panel was a step in the right direction but the success or failure of Buhari’s crusade will depend on how he is able to manage these complexities and still show the electorates great or tangible results before the next elections.

What Nigerians Should Do To Make Politicians Deliver on Their Campaign Promises

Some political schools of thought in Nigeria have come to the logical conclusion that Nigerian political elites will continue to squander the resources meant for the people on their personal needs, as long as the people continue to tolerate it. For lack of better words, no nation can move forward when government officials are worshiped as gods simply because of the minute advancement their regime brings.
Nigeria’s democracy was recently strengthened by the successful hand over of power. For the first time, Majority of the electorates believed their vote counted this time. The success of the elections was possible because of the combined effort of  the civil society, determined citizens, effective INEC bureaucracy and a willing government.
It is wrong however to think that the job is done. Elected officials alone cannot wave the magic wand and conjure electricity, jobs, hospitals and other much needed infrastructure. They usually tell the electorates want they want to hear. Having a functional society requires a willing public who should be ready to make sacrifices like they did during the elections in other to help the government succeed.
The most important step towards development will be a combine effort by the government and the civil society to create a system that is effective. The old idea of waiting for a “one man messiah” that will be elected and fix all the problems of the nation should be abandoned. Nigerians need to show the same determination and will that was seen during the March elections if they want any elected politician to succeed.
If these necessary steps are not taken, The current administration will be another failure like others before it. Reforms will be ineffective or not enough. Few years later, We will be looking for another messiah political party and politician ,the circle of self deceit and ineffectiveness will continue.

The Last Message The Late Ooni Sent To Me – Gov. Aregbesola

Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 disclosed the content of the last text message sent to him by the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade before his demise.
Speaking at a press conference organised by members of the late monarch’s family to officially announce his death, Governor Aregbesola availed that the late Ooni had sent the message just before he traveled to the UK for medical reasons.
According to Governor Aregbesola, the message read thus: “His Excellency, I am still not feeling good, So I am travelling abroad for medical check up of my body therefore I place your government under God’s guidance.”
He went on to eulogize the late Ooni saying: “The late Ooni represented the Yoruba nation and has done a lot in uplifting the traditional institution of the state.”

Ooni Of Ife: Abobaku Allegedly Runs Away

The death of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, has brought up many controversies.

First, there were disputes about whether he had really died, then disagreement over the curfew in the state and now the ‘Abobaku’. The Abobaku has reportedly run away after the death of the prestigious Oba. If the tweet below is to be believed, it means the final rites on behalf of the deceased Ooni of Ife might be stalled.
According to Yoruba tradition, a king does not die alone. His burial rites include being buried with other people. This is when an Abobaku comes into the picture. An Abobaku lives his life for the king and he is buried alongside the king. In the authentic tradition, just as there is a lineage that become king, there is also always a family dedicated to the ancient belief of dying with the king. An Abobaku also enjoys great benefits while he is still alive.

Ooni to be buried on Friday

Oonirisa1Adetokunbo Sijuwade, the son of the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, on Wednesday officially announced the death of the monarch, saying he would be buried on Friday.
Addressing newsmen at the Government Office in Osogbo, the younger Sijuwade said that the body of the late monarch would be flown in from London on Thursday and buried on Friday at 10 a.m.
Also speaking, Gov. Rauf Aregbesola said the “late Ooni represented the Yoruba nation and has done a lot in uplifting the traditional institution in the state.”
Aregbesola, who read the last text message he received from the Ooni at the briefing, said the late monarch informed him of his frail health, adding that he was travelling to London for treatment.
He described the death of the Ooni as a great loss to the state and the Yoruba race, stressing, however, that a king could not die in Yorubaland.
Oba Solomon Omisakin, the Obalufe of Iromo and Vice Chairman of the Ife Traditional Council as well as High Chief Joseph Ijaodola, the Lowa of Ile-Ife, both corroborated what Sijuwade said.
They expressed gratitude to the people of Osun and prayed that God would provide another king who would excel as the late Ooni did.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the press briefing was also attended by the Ooni’s daughter, Mrs Aderounmu Fadeyi, and members of Ife Traditional Council (NAN)

10 Ways to Identify a Bad Manager!

Managing employees is an art. In my 30 years of working for large, mid-size, and small companies, I have had some of the worst managers imaginable. I have also had a few very good ones. Unfortunately, the bad ones outweighed the good ones.
There are several books, articles, and papers that show you ways to be a good manager. Here are ten characteristics of a bad manager:
Manages everyone the same – Bad managers manage everyone the same. It doesn’t matter to them whether you are able to perform at the same level as other members of the team, the expectations are the same. If his/her management style is delegation, then you will be expected to accept assignments with little or no instructions, details, or information and to perform them at the same level as those team members who have who have been in the job for much longer than you. There is no regard for you or your capabilities. It’s easier for the manager to manage this way, not so much for you.
Picks their favorites – Bad managers pick favorites. Not necessarily because they are better performers than you, but because they simply like them better than you. They hang out with them, go to lunch with them, have more in common with them, and have a more friendly relationship beyond manager/subordinate. The favorites will get the best assignments, the most kudos, the best yearly reviews, and the biggest raises.
Their point of view is the only point of view – Bad managers are terrible listeners. They have a single point of view regarding the department and everything in it. They know best how to manage people, assignments, customers, and suppliers and you are expected to fall in line behind their philosophy. They neither want to hear nor do they accept other’s opinions, and even if they do listen, they will come up with an excuse why that won’t work in their department.
Technical to management – Sometimes bad managers don’t know they are bad managers until they become managers. Managing people is an art, yet there are many very good technical people who should remain technical people, but are made managers. Technical people are good at managing technical things, not necessarily managing people. They simply don’t have the people skills and empathy to deal with subordinates’ problems, both work-related and personal. Technical people, for the most part, should stay technical.
Heart is not in the game – Bad managers really don’t want to manage. They don’t want to put in the time, energy, and effort to become better managers. If you want to be a manager, then you really need to want to manage people. Bad managers view their management duties as a chore. It’s something that they have to do, not want to do. Personnel meetings are time consuming and wasteful. Yearly reviews are a waste of valuable time so quite often almost all the reviews look exactly the same. Little or no effort is put into improving their subordinates because that also takes time and effort.
Lack of empathy – Bad managers don’t care about their subordinates. They spend more time finding things that their subordinates are doing wrong instead of rewarding things they are doing right. They don’t take an active interest in their work, their efforts, their home life, their problems, or their issues. They have little tolerance for people who may need help and don’t want to take the time to train, coach or improve each member of the team. The emphasis is on the job and the output, not on the people and the processes.
Lack of management skills – Many managers have never taken a management, leadership, or communication workshop or class. Many have never managed people before. Many don’t believe they need to take any training, seek any advice, or accept any coaching to be able to manage people. They are wrong. Just as you don’t sit down at a piano and start to play Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, you don’t become a good manager by jumping into the deep end of the pool. It takes time to master the skill set necessary to be able to coach and manage well.
Lack of time – Bad managers don’t want to invest the time necessary to become good managers. As I stated earlier, you have to want to manage people in order to become a good manager. And to become a good manager, you need to invest the time in learning and with each and every one of your direct reports.
Lack of effort – Along with time comes effort. Becoming good at anything takes time and effort. Professional athletes spend hours upon hours sharpening and honing their skills. Managing people takes effort. It doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen by chance. It is an ever-learning process where the emphasis is on the end result of being able to effectively coach, mentor, and improve your subordinates.
Lack of smart goal setting – Bad managers set terrible goals. They are generally nonspecific, non-measurable, non-attainable, non-realistic, and not time bound so it is up to the manager to determine if the subordinate actually achieved the goals set forth. This is a recipe for failure for not only the subordinate but the manager as well. The extra effort of creating good goals up front for each member of the team saves an inordinate amount of time and effort at the end of the year when reviewing and assessing the goal achievement.
One of the biggest problems with bad managers is that, in many cases, they don’t even know that they are bad. They may actually believe they are good managers. That might be because they were promoted into their current positions by equally bad managers. Unfortunately, the people that they now promote to managers will in turn become bad managers.
Bad managers come from those who realistically do not want to manage people. If you have the heart, and are willing to put in the time and effort, you can be more than a manager. You can be a good coach and mentor, which is what all managers should strive for anyway.

How To Prepare For Exams

  • Preparation:
    • Roughly prioritize material as to its importance (primary, secondary, tertiary), and concentrate your studying on the most significant topics. Remember, the instructor only has a limited amount of time to test what you know and can do. Thus, keep in mind when preparing for an exam that the problems cannot be too complicated if they are to fit within the allotted time.
    • Study in ways that are suited to you.
      • Study with a group or alone based upon which is really best for you.
      • Do your most strenuous and important work during those times of the day that you work best.
    • Summarize or outline the course or text material in your own words. Writing a summary not only forces you to examine the subject matter in detail, but provides a compendium to review just prior to the exam.
    • Play it safe: Memorize somewhat more than what the instructor says is required. Bring a calculator even if it's not suggested. Etc.
    • Study old exams if the instructor is known to give similar exams. But, don't be fooled into thinking that since you were able to work through an old exam, it means you understand all the course material in general, and can perform in a test situation.
    • Bring your own paper and a watch.
    • Fighting exam anxiety: Convince yourself that all you can do is all you can do; but, don't let that lead you to become complacent. Just be determined to be "on" for the duration of the exam. (Give yourself a pep-talk to this effect prior to each exam.

10 Tips for Successful Students

Successful students exhibit a combination of successful attitudes and behaviors as well as intellectual capacity. Successful students . . .

1. . . . are responsible and active.

Successful students get involved in their studies, accept responsibility for their own education, and are active participants in it! Responsibility is the difference between leading and being led. Active classroom participation improves grades without increasing study time. You can sit there, act bored, daydream, or sleep. Or you can actively listen, think, question, and take notes like someone in charge of their learning experience. Either option costs one class period. However, the former method will require a large degree of additional work outside of class to achieve the same degree of learning the latter provides at one sitting.

2. . . . have educational goals.

Successful students are motivated by what their goals represent in terms of career aspirations and life's desires. Ask yourself these questions: What am I doing here? Is there some better place I could be? What does my presence here mean to me?Answers to these questions represent your "Hot Buttons" and are, without a doubt, the most important factors in your success as a college student. If your educational goals are truly yours, not someone else's, they will motivate a vital and positive academic attitude. If you are familiar with what these hot buttons represent and refer to them often, especially when you tire of being a student, nothing can stop you; if you aren't and don't, everything can, and will!

3. . . . ask questions.

Successful students ask questions to provide the quickest route between ignorance and knowledge. In addition to securing knowledge you seek, asking questions has at least two other extremely important benefits. The process helps you pay attention to your professor and helps your professor pay attention to you! Think about it. If you want something, go after it. Get the answer now, or fail a question later. There are no foolish questions, only foolish silence. It's your choice.

4. . . . learn that a student and a professor make a team.

Most instructors want exactly what you want: they would like for you to learn the material in their respective classes and earn a good grade.Successful students reflect well on the efforts of any teacher; if you have learned your material, the instructor takes some justifiable pride in teaching. Join forces with your instructor, they are not an enemy, you share the same interests, the same goals - in short, you're teammates. Get to know your professor. You're the most valuable players on the same team. Your jobs are to work together for mutual success. Neither wishes to chalk up a losing season. Be a team player!

5. . . . don't sit in the back.

Successful students minimize classroom distractions that interfere with learning.Students want the best seat available for their entertainment dollars, but willingly seek the worst seat for their educational dollars. Students who sit in the back cannot possibly be their professor's teammate (see no. 4). Why do they expose themselves to the temptations of inactive classroom experiences and distractions of all the people between them and their instructor? Of course, we know they chose the back of the classroom because they seek invisibility or anonymity, both of which are antithetical to efficient and effective learning. If you are trying not to be part of the class, why, then, are you wasting your time? Push your hot buttons, is their something else you should be doing with your time?

6. . . . take good notes.

Successful students take notes that are understandable and organized, and review them often. Why put something into your notes you don't understand? Ask the questions now that are necessary to make your notes meaningful at some later time. A short review of your notes while the material is still fresh on your mind helps your learn more. The more you learn then, the less you'll have to learn later and the less time it will take because you won't have to include some deciphering time, also. The whole purpose of taking notes is to use them, and use them often. The more you use them, the more they improve.

7. . . . understand that actions affect learning.

Successful students know their personal behavior affect their feelings and emotions which in turn can affect learning. If you act in a certain way that normally produces particular feelings, you will begin to experience those feelings. Act like you're bored, and you'll become bored. Act like you're uninterested, and you'll become uninterested. So the next time you have trouble concentrating in the classroom, "act" like an interested person: lean forward, place your feet flat on the floor, maintain eye contact with the professor, nod occasionally, take notes, and ask questions. Not only will you benefit directly from your actions, your classmates and professor may also get more excited and enthusiastic.

8. . . . talk about what they're learning.

Successful students get to know something well enough that they can put it into words.Talking about something, with friends or classmates, is not only good for checking whether or not you know something, its a proven learning tool. Transferring ideas into words provides the most direct path for moving knowledge from short-term to long-term memory. You really don't "know" material until you can put it into words. So, next time you study, don't do it silently. Talk about notes, problems, readings, etc. with friends, recite to a chair, organize an oral study group, pretend you're teaching your peers. "Talk-learning" produces a whole host of memory traces that result in more learning.

9. . . . don't cram for exams.

Successful students know that divided periods of study are more effective than cram sessions, and they practice it.If there is one thing that study skills specialists agree on, it is that distributed study is better than massed, late-night, last-ditch efforts known as cramming. You'll learn more, remember more, and earn a higher grade by studying in four, one hour-a-night sessions for Friday's exam than studying for four hours straight on Thursday night. Short, concentrated preparatory efforts are more efficient and rewarding than wasteful, inattentive, last moment marathons. Yet, so many students fail to learn this lesson and end up repeating it over and over again until it becomes a wasteful habit. Not too clever, huh?

10. . . . are good time managers.

Successful students do not procrastinate. They have learned that time control is life control and have consciously chosen to be in control of their life.An elemental truth: you will either control time or be controlled by it! It's your choice: you can lead or be led, establish control or relinquish control, steer your own course or follow others. Failure to take control of their own time is probably the no. 1 study skills problem for college students. It ultimately causes many students to become non-students! Procrastinators are good excuse-makers. Don't make academics harder on yourself than it has to be. Stop procrastinating. And don't wait until tomorrow to do it!

Buhari orders federal ministries, agencies to open treasury single account

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered each and every Federal Government Ministry, Department or Agency to start paying into a Treasury Single Account (TSA) for all government revenues, incomes and other receipts.
According to the directive, this measure is specifically to promote transparency and facilitate compliance with sections 80 and 162 of the 1999 Constitution.
Henceforth, according to a statement by Laolu Akande, the Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on‎ Media and Publicity, all receipts due to the Federal Government or any of its agencies must be paid into TSA or designated accounts maintained and operated in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), except otherwise expressly approved.
A TSA is a unified structure of government bank accounts enabling consolidation and optimal utilization of government cash resources. It is a bank account or a set of linked bank accounts through which the government transacts all its receipts and payments and gets a consolidated view of its cash position at any given time.
This presidential directive would end the previous public accounting situation of several fragmented accounts for government revenues, incomes and receipts, which in the recent past has meant the loss or leakages of legitimate income meant for the federation account.
It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari had earlier promised state governors at the inaugural meeting of the National Economic Council, NEC, in June, that all revenues prescribed for lodgement into the federation account will be treated as such under his watch and that he will ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws on accounting, allocation and disbursement.
Since then the presidency has worked with relevant agencies of the federal government to evolve this policy directive.
This directive applies to fully funded organs of government like the Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Foreign Missions, as well as the partially funded ones, like Teaching Hospitals, Medical Centres, Federal Tertiary Institutions, etc.
Agencies like the CBN, SEC, CAC, NPA, NCC, FAAN, NCAA, NIMASA, NDIC, NSC, NNPC, FIRS, NCS, MMSD, DPR are also affected.
For any agency that is fully or partially self-funding, Sub-Accounts linked to TSA are to be maintained at CBN and the accounting system will be configured to allow them access to funds based on their approved budgetary provisions.

Heaven Is Real

Heavenly Father, You are the Almighty God; You are the God of hope; the God of love; You are the God of all things. You are an awesome God. I fall to my knees and humbly proclaim your Holiness. Today is the day that You have made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it.
Father, I search deep into Your word to know You, and to do Your will. Your word says to be strong and courageous. I have no fear other than a reverent fear of You, because You are on my side. Your word tells me that You will teach me the way to go with Your eyes upon me; Give me wisdom and understanding of Your ways. Your word is proven and Your ways are perfect; You are the fire that warms my heart, and the light that directs my steps.

I need more of You in my life and less of me. I am a sinner; I need You. I cast all my cares upon You, because You care for me. You are my strength and shield, my heart trusts in You. You crush my enemies underneath my feet, and nothing formed against me shall stand. My stance with You father is on genuflect and arms raised, on solid rock I stand.
Father, You know the depths of my heart; You knew me before I was born; You know my past, present and future. When I call out Your name, You're already there with arms wide open. Nothing is greater than Your unconditional love You have for me.
By Your grace, You sent Your only begotten Son to shine His precious light on the world for salvation, that anyone who accepts and confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord and savior will be saved. When I ask for You to take this thorn from my side, you say, Your grace is enough, which pours down like rain from the heavens; You cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
I stand at the foot of the rugged cross with thankfulness where the price was paid in full for my transgressions. Oh death, where is your sting? Where is your victory? The victory belongs to You, Father. You are worthy of all honor, praise and glory; I praise Your Holy name, and give all the glory to You.
Father, You demonstrated Your power by raising Christ from the dead; nothing is impossible to You. Resurrect the hearts of those who are going through trials. Show Your healing power to promote health and well-being to those who are sick. Show abundant blessings to those who love You.
Father, I ask that You give faith to unbelievers for You wish that no one should perish. Open their hearts to hear the truth of Your word, and give them faith to believe in Your Son. Teach us to love and pray for our enemies, and for those who persecute and hate us for Jesus' namesake. Thank You for the blessings You have given to me and my family. Guard and protect us from the evil one, and deliver me from temptation. Forgive me of my sins. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

10 Signs She Will Make A Good Wife

A Couple
As they say, a broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. So before you walk down the aisle with the woman you are dating, do consider these simple signs below that she would make a good wife for you.
1. Honesty: You absolutely should not consider settling down with someone you suspect or believe to be dishonest. Your wife-to-be should be trustworthy and you should be able to vouch for her every action. No relationship can survive without trust.
2. Respectful: Respect for another human being is a key character strength in anybody. Respect for the person you are going to spend the rest of your life with is even more crucial. She should show respect to you, even when she disagrees with you. There are ways a woman can respectfully share her views that would make her man want to listen. She should not look down on you or resort to insults anytime disagreement comes up. You should always be able to count on her respect.
3. Supportive: Any man who hopes to reach his potential while being married should make sure he marries a woman who is supportive. He should be with someone who understands his dreams and goals. He should be sure to be with a partner who is his Number one Fan who would always take his side.
4. Secure: A woman secured in herself is one who will make a good wife. An insecure woman would find it difficult to be secure in her marriage. She would end up listening to friends and seeking their opinion on issues because she is always unsure of her man and of her marriage.
It is okay for her to ask for advice, but when she is not secure enough in herself to make the right decisions for her family without bringing in outsiders, then you would definitely have problems.
5. Maturity: You know how they say maturity is not always about age? Being in a marriage takes a certain level of maturity that not every woman out there has. She should be able to know how to act like an adult, know how to solve problems without throwing tantrums.
6. Beautiful (inside and out): It does not matter if your woman is not the most beautiful girl in the whole world. All that matters is that you think she is beautiful to you. You need to feel some form of physical attraction to the woman you intend to marry, otherwise, you would not be content with her. You should also look for her inner beauty. Her strength, character and other attributes you find attractive are what will remain long after the physical beauty is no more.
7.Realistic: Most women, as young girls, often dream of the perfect man, who would provide the perfect mansion, with perfect children and a lifetime of fairy-tale perfection. But we all know life does not work that way. Nothing and no one is perfect. Those are just dreams.
Make sure the woman you want to get married to understands this and recognizes that imperfections are just part of life. And just because everything is not rosy and beautiful, does not mean it is not a good thing.
8. Nurturing: Everyone likes to feel taken care of. The woman you choose to spend the rest of your life with should be nurturing and enjoy taking care of you. She should  make you feel cherished. She should know the things that make you feel good and attempt to do them from time to time.
9. Humble: Being married involves understanding that what you do and how you act has a direct effect on your partner. You should not be too proud or feel too big to do certain things, regardless of whether or not you did them when you were single. If you have any reservation about some things, then you should be able to express your views without making the other person feel like they do not matter.
10. Loves You: This should be the first thing to look out for when choosing a partner, but we kept it for last because, no matter how much the woman you have fulfills all the above requirements, the marriage will not last long if she does not love you.
A woman who loves you will always make you feel good on a bad day, always make you feel like a real man, and will stay with you no matter what.
